The tools themselves are decent, no doubt about it, but they showed up late and I’m absolutely convinced that threw off my whole plan. Customer support did get back to me, but it felt slow, like I was waiting forever. Not a total disaster, but definitely not the smooth experience I expected.

I thought the site was easy to use overall. At first I was going to say everything was simple to find, but actually a few sections took me a minute to figure out. The pages loaded fine for me, and the layout is clean enough, but some menus and info areas could be a little clearer. Not a bad experience, just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

When everything arrived, the products did look authentic, the packaging was clean, and the items matched the photos on the site. Nothing seemed fake or sketchy, and they worked like they were supposed to. Shipping was average, not fast but not terrible either. My only issue was that I felt kind of ignored when I had a question, so the communication could definitely be better. Still, the products themselves seem legit and good quality, so I’d probably order again.

Based on this order, it seems like they’re careful with packaging overall. I do think they could use a little less packing paper, but I’m happy with how it arrived...

Pretty solid range of products overall. I found what I needed really quickly, which was nice. I do wish there were a few more size options, but otherwise it was a good experience.

I watched a few of the technique demos on Cecilybraden, and overall they were useful. The steps were mostly clear, and I did like being able to see the hand movements up close instead of trying to guess what was happening.

That said, it took more effort than I expected to follow along. Some sections dragged a bit, then other parts suddenly moved too fast, so I kept having to pause and replay just to catch what I missed. I also wish there was more written info under each video so I didn’t have to rely on the video alone.

It’s decent if you already know the basics and just want a quick visual refresher. But if you’re brand new, I think you might end up doing extra work to fill in the gaps, which gets a little frustrating.

I actually learned a lot and never felt totally lost. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I would’ve liked a little more time for questions, but other than that, it was definitely a worthwhile class.
